Who is responsible

This website is run by Rasmiranjan Sahoo, trading as Rathaworks, a freelance developer based in Bhubaneswar, India. For anything privacy-related, email rasmiranjansahoo702@gmail.com.

What I collect

• Contact form: your name, email, optional company and phone number, the services you're interested in, budget and timeline ranges, and your message.
• Email and WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send me directly.
• Analytics (if enabled): anonymous, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed and device type, used only to improve the site.

How it's used

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if we work together, deliver the project. I never sell or rent your information, and I don't add you to marketing lists.

Who processes it

Form submissions are delivered to my inbox through Web3Forms. Email is handled by Google. These providers process data on my behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long it's kept

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client project records are kept as long as needed for the work, support and legal or tax obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you at any time by emailing rasmiranjansahoo702@gmail.com. I'll respond within 30 days.

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they are configured without cross-site tracking.
