Process
A development process with nothing hidden.
You'll know what's being built, what it costs and when it ships — before you pay a cent, and every week after.
How it works
Six steps. Zero surprises.
You always know what's happening, what it costs and what comes next. Here's exactly how a project runs.
- 01Day 1 · 30 minutes
Free discovery call
We talk about your business, your customers and what success looks like. I'll tell you honestly whether you need custom software at all.
You get: A clear problem statement and a ballpark budget range
- 02Within 48 hours
Fixed-price proposal
A written scope: every feature, page and screen, the timeline, milestones and one fixed price. No hourly meter running.
You get: Scope document, timeline and fixed quote
- 03Week 1–2
Design you approve first
Wireframes, then polished screens for desktop and mobile. You click through a prototype and sign off before a line of production code is written.
You get: Clickable prototype and design files
- 04Weekly, until launch
Build in weekly sprints
Every week you get a demo on a live staging link and a short written update: what shipped, what's next, anything I need from you.
You get: Working software you can click every Friday
- 05Final week
Test, launch & SEO
Testing on real phones and browsers, speed optimisation, SEO setup, analytics, domain and hosting — plus App Store and Google Play submission for apps.
You get: Live product, fast and indexed
- 0630 days included
Handover & support
Source code, admin access, documentation and a recorded walkthrough for your team. Bugs are fixed free for the first month; care plans after that are optional.
You get: Everything you need to own and run it
Communication
The weekly rhythm you can count on.
Silence is what makes clients nervous. So there isn't any.
Friday demo
A working build on a live staging link, plus a 3–5 minute video walkthrough.
Written weekly update
What shipped, what's next, any decisions I need from you. One message, no jargon.
Direct line
WhatsApp or email straight to me. Replies within 24 hours on working days.
Milestone sign-offs
You approve design, beta and launch before each payment is due.
Payments
You pay for progress you've seen.
Fixed price, split into milestones. Scope changes are quoted in writing before any work starts — so the number you agreed is the number you pay.
30% to start · 40% at the mid-project demo · 30% at launch
What I need from you
Your part is small, but it matters.
- 01A 30-minute call to explain your business and goals
- 02Your logo, brand colours and any content you already have
- 03One decision-maker who can approve designs and milestones
- 04Feedback on each Friday demo within a few working days
- 05Access to domains, hosting or app store accounts (or I set them up in your name)
What you get
Concrete deliverables, written into every proposal.
No vague “digital solutions”. This is what lands in your hands on every project — listed in the contract before a single line of code.
Source code in your GitHub
From the first commit, not "after final payment".
Live product on your domain
Deployed to hosting and cloud accounts in your name.
Admin panel
Manage content, products, orders or users without a developer.
Design files
Every screen, for desktop and mobile, yours to reuse.
Technical SEO & analytics
Metadata, schema, sitemap, Search Console and GA4.
Documentation & training video
So your team — or any developer — can take over.
Store listings for apps
App Store and Google Play submission handled end to end.
30 days of free fixes
Anything that breaks after launch is on me.

- You never have to trust blindly. The code is in your GitHub from the first commit, you see a working demo every week, and payments are split into milestones tied to what you have already seen working. Everything is built on a mainstream stack and documented as it goes, so if I were ever unavailable, another developer could pick it up from your repository.
- A business website takes 2–3 weeks, an online store 4–6 weeks, and custom software or mobile apps 6–12 weeks. The exact timeline is written into the proposal with weekly milestones.
- Not at all — most clients aren't. I explain decisions in plain language, you review everything visually through demos, and you get a training video for the admin panel at handover.
- You get 30 days of free bug fixes. After that you can run it yourself, call me for occasional changes, or choose a monthly care plan for hosting, updates, backups and small improvements.
- Small tweaks are absorbed in the weekly sprint. Larger changes get a short written quote before any work starts, so you always decide with the price in front of you.
